Which items should be checked during operation of YRT150 bearing?
After the bearing is installed, to check if it is installed correctly, run the bearing.
1. Inspection items include poor operation due to foreign body, scar and indentation, unstable torque due to improper installation and poor machining of mounting base, and excessive torque due to too small clearance, installation error and sealing friction, etc. If there is no abnormality, power operation can be started.
2. Mechanical idling, check whether there is vibration, noise, and contact of rotating parts, etc., confirm that there is no abnormality, and enter power operation.
3. Power operation: start from no-load low speed and slowly increase to rated operation under specified conditions. Check 3 items in test run: whether there is abnormal sound, bearing temperature change, lubricant leakage or discoloration, etc. If abnormal conditions are found, the operation should be stopped immediately, machinery should be checked, and bearings should be removed if necessary.
4. Bearing temperature can be generally calculated according to the external temperature of the bearing seat. However, it is more accurate to directly measure the temperature of bearing outer ring by using oil hole. Bearing temperature, from the start of operation gradually increased, usually 1 to 2 hours after the temperature stable. If the bearing is not properly installed, the temperature will rise sharply and there will be abnormal high temperature. The reasons include too much lubricant, too small bearing clearance, improper installation, too high friction of sealing device. High-speed rotation of the occasion, bearing structure, the wrong choice of lubrication mode, and so on.
