Performance and Feature:
W-series of grinder is precision machining equipments used to grinding metal with the grinding wheel rim. This grinder is mainly appliable for grounding processing of disc-shaped parts, circular cutter,bearing collar, pison ring, index plate, circular guide rail, friction plate, saw blades, valves, gears and other circular cutters and gauges and it can be widely used by manufactures of tools bearings, valves, gears, autoparts, semi-conductors, optical elements and other engineering works for works for grinding processing of precision components.
The horizontal shaft circular table surface grinder is made into pillar-carriage structure and realizes grinding through the grinding wheel rim. Thanks to this design, high machining precision can be realized; especially that the disc-shapes parts processed may have the same concentric circle planarity and relatively high surface roughness can be realized.
Designed with compact structure and rational layout, the grinder takes up small land area. The grinder body is made into double-layer-wall structure, with consistent temperature rise at the four sides so that to avoid thermal deformation and thus enhance the rigidity and realize good stablity.
Guide rail of the grinder body is designed into open static pressure one-flat-one-V structure which guarantees stable running ,high shock absorption, less mechanical wear and long service life. The table moves stablu on the guide rail, with uniform stress and high movement precision.
At the time of machining, the round table rotates and starts reciprocating feed movement in the vertical direction along with the carriage, with the machining efficiency times higher than that of the rectangular surface grinder. The circular table may revolve along the horizontal shaft for ±3°, so that grinder the intermal and external cones. The circular table is designed with high precision bearing (precision:1.5μm) guide rail and the AC motor VVVF speed control system for rotation driving.
The grinding head feeds vertically through the quill roller steel guide to adjust pretension force, which guaratees the easy movement of guide and zero gap fit and finally guarantees the precision and stability of grinding feed.In addition,the grinder is equipped with quick lifting device.
The main shaft of the grinding head is made into high precision and stability of the grinder is designed with functions including automatic feed, zero stop, sparking out, automatic stop and automatic demagnetization grinding and the automatic circulating device.
The circular table is quipped with the electronically controlled permanent magnetic chuck to avoid heating of the magnetic disc, which may impair the table precision.However, the magnetic force is adjustable, so that to make convenient to grind thin-wall quenched parts with weak magnetic force. Movement of the table is driven by the hydraulic cylinder, with step-less speed regulation and stable running, cylinder, with step-less speed regulaion and stable running.
